Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been downloaded or accessed. 2.   Refunds

Refunds may be provided in exceptional cases where:

–        The digital product is proven to be defective or unusable.

–        You have not downloaded or accessed the product.

Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be credited to your account.

3.   Non-refundable Items
